What Keystone
is, and isn’t
Keystone is not a home health agency or a 24-hour care service, and we don’t replace your loved one’s doctors. We work alongside them.
Think of your Nurse Ambassador as the experienced professional who sees the whole picture, speaks up for your loved one, and makes sure every piece of their care fits together.
- A registered nurse who knows your loved one
- Oversight of the whole picture, every week
- An advocate in the room at appointments
- One point of contact for your family
- A home health agency
- A 24-hour or live-in care service
- A replacement for your loved one’s physicians
- An emergency service
If your loved one
lives in a facility
A facility may have one nurse for many residents. A Nurse Ambassador gives your loved one someone whose attention is theirs: checking in, reviewing the care plan with staff, and speaking up when something is missed.
This is still their life, and their decision
We always work with your loved one’s permission, and we share updates with the family members they choose. Our job is to support their independence, not take over their life.
